This is a backward company with no work ethics.If you step into this company, be prepared for top management who sits around doing meetings after meetings and does not take any responsibility. Late in delivery - Not my problem. No proper system in check - That's how the way it is there. Everything is a mess and I'm frankly am surprised how this place makes aircrafts parts. And if anything goes wrong, the responsibility goes to the people below. I used to work there and left because of this toxic environment. So don't rise your hopes up for this this branch at Heroux Devtek - go somewhere else.Edit - I see that there are people simply stating they love working there. I won't disway your views but I would love to hear why it is great working there, rather than just stating it.Becuase there is no point in bumping up Google reviews - it will just looks unauthentic and fake.
