I went there to test drive a car with my family, had a great experience. The sales person who helped me was Lei he was on-time and knowledgeable, and they even had a special drawing gift pack to entertain kids and make the experience unique for everyone in the family. Overall a great experience, the waiting room was nice and clean and the staff were caring and friendly.

The level of customer service I received from Elite when leasing my current car was excellent from beginning to end. Martin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, he listened to my preferences (didn’t get annoyed when they kept changing!), and drew up various options to help me make the right choice. When it was delivery day, Hussein made sure the paperwork was accurate and answered all my questions regarding the different warranty options.
