We have been with NFP for 10 or more years since they were called Dalton Timmis. As a senior with an impeccable record, I have become extremely disappointed in this agency. Instead of getting a discount for our homeowners insurance and two vehicles, they charged me extra because there is a second driver in the home, who is also insured with them. I had to go elsewhere to insure my RV because they more than doubled my rate. I got a cheaper rate through another agency using the exact same company that NFP used. The last straw was trying to insure to electric bikes we purchased. It's been around 2 months of questions about the bikes and being ignored.

Absolutely excellent service. Before this weekend I had to phone my representative (Bonita) at 4:30 in the afternoon and she stayed until quarter after 5 to help us out. Long past closing. I really would recommend this broker if you like to have great customer service and someone to find you the best rates.

Well, I think there was a least a few staff members at this company I would have enjoyed working with however none of them were in the Calgary office. I don't personally enjoyed the whole concept of remote connections and being a production role, its very important that you're allowed to leave the office and go meet prospects IN PERSON. Its not rocket science. Actually.
