I was very used to just being a number at other agencies I had worked with. The other agencies did not put their heart into their work like Melor does. Child care staffing is a very important field as we are caring for and educating young children. Melor truly understands this and respects the needs of children, staff and childcare centres. They go above and beyond beyond to make sure their staff are happy and feel supported. As a supply ECE I went to various shifts they offered at high quality childcare centres in Toronto and the GTA. I felt welcomed and part of the team at each centre. Melor even does community outreach work regularly. Whether it’s back-to- school back pack drives, participating in Neighbourhood parades or collecting toys for children to receive for holidays, Melor is organizing , giving back and involved in improving children’s lives.
