Not one to complain, but I spent 8 years with this company at one point. How is this acceptable? If you cannot tell, what I asked for was an everything bagel double toasted. I got a nearly plain bagel and its been toasted on both sides instead of double toasted on one? I had to wait nearby the food station and had to remind the worker to toast it again after watching them stare at the screen? I didnt catch that they decided to toast the opposite side, but thats not the only issue. Staff should be utilized to their strengths better than this.

Saturday afternoon with only 3 staff on, all are doing their best to keep things moving but are clearly understaffed. Please help these poor people out for your own business sake, 3 groups have left due to the wait while I was standing in line, I'm sure many more throughout the day. Was coming here to order food but due to the delay I only got drinks. Management should be doing better than this for their employees.Donut showcases in the front are nearly empty, floor needs to be mopped, 4-5 staff looks like it would be more appropriate.

I don't see the point in hiring incompetent employees that watch a line build up and do nothing about it, I've worked at Tim Hortons and I know first hand that if you are on front counter your job is deal with customers, not clean and refill coffee, that is done when there are no customers. I shouldn't have to stand in line with three other people for over 15 minutes just because the only person they have working front counters incapable of doing their job, I don't usually complain about establishments but honestly I called them after this and all they told me was they have one in the front and one in the back, Why stay open if you can't even keep employees.

This location is spotlessly clean. The staff were scrubbing corners and outside windows, booths, everything. I've been noticing in the last year how gross more tim Hortons are. Just filthy. This one was so clean! The staff were all very polite and smiling. Nice to see!

Visited during the non peak hours. Service was good and fast, very friendly male staff served me. Nice and quiet place if you want to hang out during the day when they're not busy.

This place is meh". The staff rarely get my order right. I sad "no egg" on my sausage breakfast sandwich and I get egg 75% of the time. I order a simply sausage with cheese and they don't add the cheese 75% of the time. Annoying."
