We had frustratingly gone through 3 different boat service/maintenance companies and individuals before finding G & B Sports Marine. Scott immediately put us at ease, always took calls and responded to our need in a professional and timely manner. The company did some excellent work on our boat while we were away for the winter and Scott personally conducted a sea trial when we launch the boat this spring.

Scott and his team are amazing! They sueezed me in at the end of the season and not only winterized the engine but were able to cut out part of the centre consol and install a stereo system for us.Highly recommend!!

G & B Sports Marine and Scott have been great, they allowed the company I work for (Minnow Environmental) to drop off several outboard engines for tune ups all at once, even when their entire shop was filled with other costumers repair requests. They fixed them up quick, and kept me informed of what needed to be repaired for each engine. When I called about my personal outboard and a trailer-able boat that I needed to be fixed they gladly took those in as well. Myself and Minnow Environmental will will be using these guys for now on when we need repairs for all of our boat engine issues. Thanks guys!

Scott knowingly cut corners to save time and I ended up with significant amounts of fresh gasoline in my bilge. Instead of replacing a fuel pump as was required, G&B re-sealed it using their homemade approach. The shoddy repair lasted a short time then leaked profusely into the boat while I was anchored overnight with my family a major safety problem. I called G&B after issue, he never returned my call then when I called a second time he claimed it had been two years when it simply hadn't. Scott was defensive and dishonest when I confronted him with my concerns. Be VERY careful in trusting this company with any work involving safety issues.

First time used boat owner. Scott was very helpful and patient with all my questions. They assessed and serviced my boat quickly and at a good price. Great experience, will definitely use their services again.

Technicians are great and super knowledgeable. The work was done fast and very professionally allowing us to get our boat back in the water for the start of the season. I would definitely recommend them!

What a great experience. Scott was very helpful and took my boat in on short notice. even during this very busy period he was able to get my boat back in a week. i will be taking my boat here in the future for many years to come. Scott was very helpful. They replaced my cutlass bearing on my sailboat.They did a great job. Really saved my season. Will use them again in the future.

Geat shop, have taken my boat related business here for years after being reccomended from family friends who had gone here previously at the Bronte location. The mechanics really know their stuff, and are the salt of the earth if you get the chance to talk to them. Scott is a super personable owner, and always had my back regarding moving forward when my 4.3 had blown, gave me all the info and quoted me a pretty fair price. I also had the great opportunity to be able to see my thundercraft get shrink wrapped, his guys did a great job and heat treatment was spot on. Even brought a few of my Yam out boards over the years too. Definitely reccomend G & B for any issues regarding boating or winterizing. Only gripe throughout the years has been the often very busy state of the shop, and it can be a trouble to get Scott at a free time.
