I help with a rescue and we frequently drive from winnipeg to areas out past portage. Anytime we have forgotten anything or needed an emergency kennel the pet valu staff has always been amazing! Thank you for being there when we need help!!!

My Golden Retriever “Bob” loves his bathes in a clean pet friendly environment. Convenient and they supply it all. Very friendly and helpful staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love our visits.

said hello when she saw me, I waited because she was busy with anouther customer then when she was done with them she answered the phone and just ignored me. I don't mind waiting for customers that are ahead of me but Iexpected to be next to get help with what I was looking for but instead she helped the people on the phone and just walked by me without even asking if I needed help, I consider this to be rude. this was at 10:10 am .

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to spend time discussing the needs of my recently adopted senior cat (she has some issues) and offering suggestions, even over the phone.

This is a clean well kept store. I really like the dog washing facility and they usually have everything I need for supplies. The only thing they could change is being more helpful when carrying large purchases to your vehicle or at the minimum, offer to help.
