I have worked with Executive Director Barbara Thorne for over 3 years at our sister site Sage Hill Retirement Residence. She is certainly missed here, and is extremely intelligent, organized, efficient, kind, and compassionate. Marketing Director Tracey is cheerful, friendly, and informative. The show suite in the sales center is quite impressive and Aspen Heights will be a beautiful community when it opens next year!

Aspen Heights Retirement Residence is going to be a beautiful and welcome addition to Aspen Woods. The presentation centre has a beautiful one bedroom show suite which greatly represents independent living in this Community. Being so close to the shopping centre is a bonus and Shoppers Drug Mart directly behind the building. Barbara (Executive Director) and Tracy (Lifestyle Director) are very personable, caring, and very knowledgeable. I would suggest if you are looking for retirement living, you should definitely give them a call.

I can't say enough about the incredible caring attentiveness provided to us and our father - by Tracy Johansen (Lifestyle Director). While researching the future home of Aspen Heights Retirement Residence she provided answers to all our questions and followed up with interesting updates. During the difficult Pandemic we were able to answer all of his questions (And ours) and view the beautiful show suite. Her kind and caring nature makes a sometimes difficult transition decision for a senior easier and comfortable. He is looking forward to a new adventure - rather than being distressed.
