If you’ve lived in Quebec for sometime and are considered a MINORITY because you are anglophone you know how difficult and almost impossible it is to do anything that requires you to go to the government. This SAAQ (and probably all others) is the worst experience. I showed up at 8 AM for a 9 AM opening. At 830 they posted a sign on the window that said “today only opening at 930”. At 915 I ran to the bathroom while my husband waited in line. I came back as the doors opened and the security guard refused to let me in even though my husband was already inside. He refused to give my husband a ticket for me and then refused to give me a ticket. A bunch of incompetent people working in this facility and I do not wish on anyone that they go through the same experience. Not to mention 2/7 cashes are being used. I waited in line just like everyone else. The Quebec government is a disgrace.

My husband has been trying to renew his liseance for weeks. Can’t do it online cuts you off. Went here to Decarie square 2 x today again only 2 people working . Absolutely unprofessional and should be closed down if you can’t serve the people accordingly.

It’s hard to find the right word to describe this unit. They closed for one months indicating that few improvements be done on their system, I think it became worse that you may imagine. unprofessional and to take just a contrat of sell they don’t have on their system they don’t have it either to just printed outside.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! Don’t waste your time going here unless you have one. No one will even talk to you.

Very slow service. Only two clerks working. They made us wait outside 3 hours while they were free seats inside.

Waiting since 8 am, aprox 95 people in line, they are not letting anyone in, they are just sitting inside enjoying their per hour salary. There are old aged people who cannot stand for long finally everyone had to sit on floor. I wish atleast media see this and government knows what happening here. They should have this place more organized with more staff. Horrible environment.

For lack of a 0 star ranking.Don't go there unless you have time to waste. After standing in front of the branch in line for two hours I have still made no progress.

Nice service, and go very very early tho !! Go before the door open I stay in line at 8:00 am before they open at 9:00 am because I didnt take rendez-vous they serve me easily. Dont go after 10am , u will have to come back at 1pm or the next day. Same if u come back at 1pm theres 100% chance they will tell u to come back the next day.

I waited all day in the worlds biggest line like I was lined up at the Goliath on a sunny day at laronde just for when it was finally my turn their servers and whole system crashed for an hour this place is a joke needs some serious maintenance.
