It appears to be a ghost now. Tables are set, etc, but the lights are off and it's not open despite the posted hours. Pity.

Dumpling Dumpling
Could give this place a zero if I could! Went to get dinner there early on a Saturday night, big open sign on the door, another sign with the hours says open till 10pm that day. Door locked, everything dark inside. Like, why?? Went there with the kids, and everyone was extremely disappointed.
