I was surprised when I checked my credit report because Lendcare is in there . I called them right away and they said they finance a program connected to A plus students where they send the money. It’s been obvious that you didn’t give money to me but them but you still insist me to pay it but they should be. I emailed them many times that I canceled the program so they should be responsible for the money that they took from you. My friends already saying that I was scam! I was checking my account but you took 185 bucks while the original is 164 bucks how that can be? You never pursue the date of withdrawal instead of last day of the month but you still took in the 21st of the month. I suffer paying the money that I didn’t use but you will suffer in the eyes of God!

Horrible experience with this company. Got financing for a tent trailer, the dealership gave them my boyfriends (co-signer) account and not mine so when the payment came out of his account rather than mine (where the money was) and bounced they jacked my interest rate up 10%. Wasn’t my error yet I have to pay for it. I immediately contacted them and was told management had to review it. This was 2 months ago, I’ve been calling and emailing and no one ever gets back to me. I’m paying the same amount for a 2019 car payment as I am this stupid tent trailer. This company is a rip of and had extremely bad customer service. I tell everyone what they have done to me. Definitely stay away unless you like getting ripped off. Definitely has not been a pleasant experience.

BEWARE!!!This company clearly buys the 3 stars rating with all the money they steal from their customers. You can scroll down for months to only find negative reviews and everyone having the same experience. Rude customer service , lack of knowledge of how their own company works. Taking double payments, not following payment schedules , charging fees on their mistakes. You'll have multiple people contact you instead of dealing with one customer service rep to get a problem solved, and none of them will end up resolving any problem , be rude hang up , and not call you back then try and charge you again and again with interest rates. Its a joke of a company . Please read all the reviews before you screw yourself over with a loan company who doesn't care about their customer service , who will try and collect as much late fees as possible by taking direct payments from your bank account without any scheduled payment plan then proceed to charge you interest.

Is 0 stars possible. The worst company ever. They take double payments and will take whatever amount they want whenever they want. Then penalize you when you can’t make the payment. I’ve been called at 10 pm from their agents. They are horrible. The agents are rude and unhelpful. And now I’m stuck dealing with them trying to make die with my payments that have increased by $300.

I wish I could choose zero stars for the way they treat their customers!! I paid off a loan I had with Lendcare and have been struggling with obtaining a confirmation letter that the loan has been paid from them. I was told I would have it within 5 business days. Today May. 11/2023 at 8:10 (Alberta Time) called to see why I haven’t received my confirmation letter as the loan has been paid off and it’s been 5 business days. The agent I initially tried speaking with hung up on me which left me even more frustrated. I called back to speak to a second agent who was even worse and became very snarky with responding to my concerns. Then proceed to patronize me and ask why do I need this letter so urgently. When I had already told him I have to finalize documents for my mortgage and that I must provide proof that this loan has been paid. The Customer Service provided by your call centre was disgusting and added more fuel to the fire of an already stressful situation. This is a poor way to get business let alone, repeat business and word of mouth is the best way to advertise. Worst company by far to deal with, especially when you no longer owe them anything.

I had a very negative experience with LendCare and I would not recommend them to anyone. They increased my charges without any prior notice, and their customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address the issue. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company for any loan. It's important for companies to be transparent and upfront with their clients, especially when it comes to financial matters like loans. I would advise others to do their research and read reviews from other customers before making any financial decisions.

I sent in a cheque to pay my balance according to the payout letter and included the per diems. They would actually owe me some money back but they said I still owed them a payment. Not really sure if they know how accounting works or how to add.Took 3 people to try to understand . Still not sure if they do we will see if the send a confirmation the payout is complete

We had to end our loan with Lendcare due to a multitude of reasons. We were charged -repeatedly- the same payment (bi-weekly) after being told it wouldn’t be charged as we were sending it by e-transfer I believe and that they “stopped” the auto withdrawal and that the payment wouldn’t come out. Every single time this happened, we would be in the negatives because they never actually cancelled the auto withdrawal. This happened multiple times and we were constantly in the negatives because they never fully cancelled it. Eventually we got fed up and asked to speak to a supervisor and got ignored and was given attitude and was told it was our mistake when it was fully on them. We even had one staff tell us that a request that we were told was put in by a different staff member was -sent in- was never actually sent in there was no record of it.We asked numerous times for our payments to be dropped to a lower price because we couldn’t handle it and we’re literally left with the bare minimum after our payments came out and we were told they wouldn’t budge. But funny enough when we went ahead and cancelled our loan, they offered to lower the payments.10/10 avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache.

So hard to get through on the phone! Have been trying to call and get through for a week finally sent an email and still no response. My payment date needed to be changed and because I could not get through to anyone my payment bounced and my payments have gone up! I proactively reached out to prevent this but kept getting disconnected, hung up on after being transferred by the rude representatives who originally answered or just no answer at all. I have made all my payments on time before this and am so upset and disappointed

A pretty bad company in terms of customer service, when they call you, they treat you badly and talk to you in a bad way, it seems that you are doing them a favor by answering their call. And I also have a loan that they are charging me for $65.14, what is it? I have no idea, and they do not specify and they take 2 days to respond, also since November I asked that they change my bank details for payments and in the previous account where they were made, they continue to charge and for that reason charging NFS. very bad company, I hope to finish this loan quickly and I will never return with you.
