The people doing drive through don't seem to know when the food is finished..they tell you at window that they don't have the chili or the right bagel! Customer service is none existent. When asked to be aware of what they are out of, their answer We're just doing our best" Manager gives same answer. Are they in the customer service business or not. We accepted that answer in the Pandemic... not anymore. Start serving your customers!"

What time of the day do you have little to no indian workers present?! I would like to know that I am eating food by people who do not have poor hygiene and can actually speak and be spoken to in english. I know you think your hiring people who are work robots but believe me customer service and experience goes along way and i feel a lack of this at your store for the reasons above.

Went and bought large hot chocolate and French vanilla.. they were only 70% filled and the FV tasted like very weak water. Terrible. Wonder if management knows your ripping ppl off.

Terrible drive through.Order medium coffee DD. never any sugar, must stop on side road before entering 401. Just to make my DD, with extra packs of sugar, in my car, that are there for thus scenario. Of never receiving the proper coffee mixture. It's not that complicated.

I came for the Smile Cookies, because the kids earned a treat. Wife wanted a smile cookie pin, but was upset that it wasn't the grumpy cookie pin. The employee had no problem with swapping the pins per my wife's request.While still lightyears ahead of the RCAF Rd restaurant, the coffee is just shy of being on par with McDonald's--because it would appear that stirring the coffee is no longer policy at McDo. This time I was lucky enough not to get coffee grounds.

Drive thru customer service is a joke. After a 10 minute lineup, I ordered a large black no sugar. Simple enough? The order taker corrected me saying Don't say No sugar. Just say large black. It confuses us." I said that confuses me. She then filled my cup to the brim knowing it will spill. Which

I had a friend who worked here so I often visited daily. A few mini drink mix ups but otherwise friendly staff and I never felt like a number.
