Excellent honest service! John has been servicing my cars for the past 10 years. Would recommend to anyone.

They don't know how to do an alignment properly and don't stand behind there work. Also they charge $90 for an alignment when other shops in town charge $69.99. There was some issues with rust I paid extra for it. They did the alignment. The steering was still off after they did the alignment. I didn't have time to go back in and deal with it right away. A couple weeks later one of the tie rods popped out. I replaced it and went back to get the alignment done properly like it should have been done and he basically called me a liar. There was issues with the alignment BEFORE the tie rod was replaced. Also why didn't they see that the tie rod was about to break? Adjusting it is part of the alignment.

Excellent service with some really great people behind the desk. They make getting service on your vehicle an enjoyable experience.

These guys know the meaning of good service!Our family was in town and had an unexpected car issue the Friday before the long weekend. We were planning a 9 hour drive and John kindly squeezed us into his full day.When the issue ended up being a little more serious than we hoped, John and Greg did everything they could to get the part rushed in so they could fix the problem. Not only that, the cost of the work was VERY reasonable.For every bump along the way (including not having my wheel lock key!), the guys communicated with me throughout, and John even stayed a little later and offered to come pick me up to bring me to their shop once the work was done.While the situation was stressful for our family, it was the care and service that John and his crew gave us that made it a little less stressful and that ultimately allowed us to get on the road over the long weekend. This is why you choose the smaller, family owned shops over the big guys.You’ll be in good hands, and you won’t break the bank going to see these guys. Highly recommend.

In visiting family from out of town and car started making a funny noise the day before I was scheduled to leave. Brought it in last minute and he looked at it right away. Fixed the problem quickly and even did Afew other fixes While he had it, all for a very fair price. Kept me informed with phone calls about what he was doing. Great work, great service,and I would definitely bring it back.

Very friendly and professional staff. Explained the reason of why my car broke down and suggested the right fix for a reasonable price. Called twice to make sure the car is running well! (This was never done in my previous encounters with car technicians).I am glad I chose this place and if in Sault Ste. Marie again, and need my car to be looked at, I know where to go.Thanks a lot!

Absolutely Horrible experience. The owner John has no idea what customer service is. I wouldn't let them change a flat tire . He jerked me around for weeks on a warranty job and then told me he wasn't going to do the job.

Needed a lot of work done to my vehicle, John was wonderful and called with updates about replacements. He also showed comparisons of new products Vs. What was currently on my car. Very helpful!

John and one of his techs stayed close to 2 hours late this week to finish up a job on my truck. Great service and great people. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and service.
