These guys are awesome from top to bottom! They have one of the wildest selections of high end glass to choose from in Canada that I’ve ever seen. I reached out to them about a sovereignty piece and had a reply within minutes. They were very patient with me as I live out of province so it required them to send a lot pictures and messaging back and forth! They were more than helpful and even got my piece shipped that day. They definitely became my Canadian head shop And id recommend them if your looking for some quality glass!

Owners have been super friendly and helpful with answering questions and directing me to pieces in the store. Bought plenty of pieces from here. I tell all my friends about the shop. More than pleased with the service. I will be coming here long as they’re open.

Gems galore. This place has so much in stock it's surprising. There's a lot of stuff not on display too, like concentrate vaporizers, due to new law; but ask and you shall receive. Everything from budget solutions to Evan shore bangers and heady pieces. Whatever you need you can probably find here. Recommended when high and highly recommended.

He is a great salesman, has many brands of your favourite smoke ware (cheech, red eye glass, mgm, xtreme, Infiniti, boss glass, kush, etc). For his customers he will cut you insane deals for instance I’ve gotten an $120.00 bong for $50.00. The craziest of deals and the most durable bongs I’ve seen in all of London. If you go in there is no way you’re walking out without a bong, there is such a large selection that everyone will be happy smoking. Not only that but he has grinders, pipes, papers, blunts, piercing jewelry and so much more. So check out hi-times you won’t regret it!

Used to love this headshop and used it for many years until I was sold a very expensive counterfeit stundenglass without the knowledge of it being a counterfeit, unfortunately I used it before checking to see it's authenticity and he then wouldn't refund my purchase only partially which I should've taken, he then lied about the authentic companies quality and the cost of their repair parts to assure me and said he'd offer the 10 year warranty instead. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place anymore and I'd suggest to avoid it, if your going to sell me a counterfeit from the same factory " I should know that I'm not receiving an authentic product and paying the same cost

wow what a amazing staff!!! beyond helpful, prompt service also absolutely knowledgeable!! Never mind the ridiculously great prices, all i can say is ordering stuff out the the Rockies has been a dream and never easier!! can’t wait for the next order.
