Troutlake Retreat
I had stayed here with my sister,mom, my mom's boyfriend and his parents at there cabin and it was a blast. We went fishing, swimming, and lots of other things. There is a fire ban due to all the fires but it's still ok.

Super nice owners, and very hospitable and really cater to the guests. Great experience and if you have the luxury of meeting their two beautiful dogs, you'll know what I mean when I say it's a home away from home

I had to find last minute accommodations for our crew while doing survey work at Trout Lake, and was able to book a nights stay with Troutlake Retreat. Our crew was very appreciate of the great accommodations. They commented on how it had everything they needed and was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing retreat.

We have now stayed for the past two years after literally finding this place last minute. Now, we book every single year as our family vacation. It's quiet, comfortable, modern but rustic in its location. The hosts Jeanine and John are very accommodating and helpful. Book, stay, relax and breathe. It will not disappoint.

Wonderfully peaceful place. Note that wifi is limited in strength and bandwidth so you won't be able to catch up on work or video chat (not a bad thing, just a be aware thing)Also bring your own water because the tap water tastes awful and smells weird - probably just iron or whatever. Doesn't hurt you, just isn't awesome.The owners were wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed!
