We always try to supper our local town businesses. I’m not sure if this business is under new or different management but they need a reminder of how important customer service is, especially in a small town like Stonewall.My wife purchased a $40 Halti and we took it home to try on our dog. It was a a no-go. I tried to exchange the Halti but when the lady at the store looked through our account based on our phone number, she couldn’t find it.In past purchases the employees said not to worry about a receipt say if there are any issues they keep the information in the system. This item is in exact brand new condition and the packaging is flawless.I can only assume that the wrong phone number was entered at the time of purchase. With that said, after seeing how much we spend and have spent at that store over the years, I should have been treated with more respect.But my respect will go to Canvasback Pet Supplies. They really care about their customers.

Went there today feb 3 2022 , staff was so helpful, met the owner Nicole and her 2 dogs , great products a lot of made in Canada items , great selection fair prices, my new go to store we dont live in stonewall , but for the excellent treatment and products its worth the trip !

Prices seem high, but could be offset with more specials.

Like the shop ..prices to high and service okay but they not friendly and I think they should refund fish after a day at the least especially if I paid for that much for em!! Def won't go back

Polite, nice, helpful workers.They stock most pet foods and brands. Very nice local store that has competitive prices and pet food reward programs.Large space, clean, two sides to the layout. The business is located on Main St, Stonewall, Mb. NO REASON not to support this local store vs. buy from the city.

Great selection, love that I can pick up dog/cat supplies locally! Staff are always helpful too!

This place is so awesome! This is my go to store. But I do find the prices a bit steep, but I honestly go here so often and will go again as soon as I run out of the supplies that I just got, all though I do not buy my dogs food there. But very helpful and great staff.

Nice to have a store with all sorts of pet supplies without having to go into the city. Prices were fair and comparable to the city and I found the staff nice and friendly.My only complaint about this place is the fact that they sell pets. They had four gerbils crammed into a little tank together with barely the essentials, horrible wheel that they could get their feet stuck in. Also the wheel was on its side so they couldn’t even use it. And the fish they sell have nothing in their tanks. They could add some plants and such to enrich their environment. Also some chew toys and such for the gerbils. If you are going to sell pets, give them a proper environment please :).
