Roblin Veterinary Clinic

I took my dog here in April for a full exam and vaccinations. My dog is blind (has no eyes) and diabetic. Dr Hunter was very good with him, and I saw another vet after that who was also very good with him. The vet recommended some pain meds, since my dog is getting arthritic and old. I called today to ask that they fax the prescription to the small vet office in the town I live in, to save me driving all that way. Unfortunately, the person I was dealing with on the phone (Lyndsay) was annoyed, and very snippy with her answers to me. She told me that there were no refills on this prescription (although it's less than six months later) and that the vet I had seen is now retired, and the other one is off work until Thursday, and that she wasn't willing to speak to the vet who was in the clinic about my dog because they had never seen him before. I was caught off guard, since I wasn't being rude, and so I said I am not sure why you're speaking to me this way" (meaning her clipped tone). She said "hang on"

Kind caring affordable

My cat Frosty had an abscess that burst so he got antibiotics and everything healed nicely. The service he received was great n the staff is also friendly. Roblin Veterinary Clinic also come out to Grandview to give vaccines.... a great service especially since my cat doesn't appreciate his carrier!

I have taken many animals to see Michael and occassionally another vet in the clinic.I always felt that my pets were cared for in the best way possible. I had a cat with hyper thyroid and he was taken care of and monitored right up until he passed away. He was almost 15 years old when he passed. I had a dog with a severe weight loss problem and again, the vet gave her what was needed and always let me know if something wasn't working, we were always to let him know so we could try something else.I could go on and on about all the things that were done for my many, some a bit crazy, fur family.I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

Very kind folks who managed to get me in as soon as possible despite being busy. Very thorough, and took time to explain carefully and thoroughly everything they were doing and why, and what is needed to do when at home. A truly fantastic experience and i will definitely be bringing more of my furry family here in the future.
