U-Pak Storage

I've used U-pak multiple times, and they are always prompt, reliable, super friendly, and so much more affordable than the competitors, without sacrificing quality!

Extremely poor service. Driver almost damaged two units, days booked two weeks in advance and confirmed one day prior not received when told and finally got a hold of someone and was told the manager changed it to prioritize someone else. Spent an entire day waiting without any units delivered. Waiting almost three weeks for credit to be provided and no one can give me an answer other than we will call (no one ever does) and we are too busy. Very poorly run service and the manager will not return a call to explain why this is happening again and again.

Fantastic customer service. Super helpful, set things up very efficiently. Was selling my house, had packed up a pad to get rid of clutter. After house sold, had them bring back first pod with a second pod. Like to take my time so absolutely perfect. Next journey for the pods will be to my new home

Very happy to know I am the only one who Access and has access. I feel helped. No one see my locker but me thank you. No one can take any thing out except me

I love them. They made the whole process easy and even put up with my minny melt down. So greatful. Every one was amazing delivery and pick up and then delivery again was awesome. When I need movers I will use them again.

Great friendly customer service.. storage area is clean and tidy. So easy to access with just one phone call.. definitely recommend. Again staff is wonderful and helpful.

I wrote this first half of the review back in early February 2023 but I failed to press POST. At that point I’d have given the UPak storage facility in Viewfield Road in Victoria a 41/2 star rating..Moving ones stuff into a storage locker is never easy. The U pack model makes it easier by cutting out a step. Instead of loading things into a truck and loading into a locker and the reverse on the other end, you simply load into the locker which they drop off for you & move directly out of the locker into your new place at the other end. It’s a snap! The reason I gave it 4 STARS is… I still haven’t needed to go to my locker to get anything out in the interim, and I still have yet to have my storage container dropped off at the other end. But so far a-great experience. Stay tuned.
