Kyle and Cary have been amazing from providing on time quote and sending out their crew for installation as promised. The installers were punctual, respectful and completed the job up to my satisfaction with great attention to details. I've even referred New Heights to my friends who are considering for roof repair and install.They have given me a reasonable quote fulfilling all my requests and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend New Heights for your roofing and exterior needs.

They did a great job on our roof everything that we asked them for did all the cladding and it was all at a decent price they didn’t gouges us. The gentleman that came to our house was very professional did all the work before they asked for a dime. I hand out their cards to everyone now who says they need roofing repairs or replacement done.

I am quite appalled by all the positive reviews. I have had and continue to have such a negative experience. We booked and paid a deposit for our roof to be redone in the middle of May, scheduled early to mid June. The sales person seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. I was excited. We did have more rain this spring than usual so when we hadn't heard from or seen anyone by the end of June we weren't too concerned. However by mid July I had contacted the sales person to check in. He said try the office but he'd look into it. I called and got no answer so left a message. A few days later with no new info I called sales person again. He said there's delays but they're working as quick as they could. I mentioned not having any receipt for the deposit which was supposed to be sent and they said they would send that. I got a text asking for my email again , which I provided and then got the receipt. This repeated a few more times finally receiving a message mid August they would be there next week. They arrived around 2pm the next Wednesday, we learned they were actually St Boniface Roofing, which we were told they do not subcontract out. It's all over the website. They did not replace the plumbing stack which was supposed to be done. We were told someone else does the eaves and everything else and would be by the following week. It's been 3 more weeks now with no information and a half finished roof. I feel completely disrespected as a customer. Especially after reading so many positive reviews. The whole experience apart from the sales pitch has been completely unprofessional. I would like the job finished however I do not feel its even worth what I was originally quoted. Would not recommend.I would like to add St. Boniface Roofing were friendly and did a good job on the shingling. It's the principle that they claim not to subcontract out. I'd prefer to just get my money back and pay St Boniface at this point.

For a company with so many stars, and good reviews it sure isn't reflective of this companies values.After waiting for a year with our metal roof, and placing a deposit down to get it ordered, we were canceled on. We understand that snow, and different conditions throughout the year have an effect on roofing season but it's clearly not in this companies value to own up to the mistake of not getting it done as soon as possible when we waited patiently.Do not deal with this company, they have no integrity, no professionalism, and no care for there clientele.They'll move you up, and brush you off like we did.

New Heights shingled my roof which is a large bungalow very quickly and did an outstanding job. The crew was very professional and thorough. The roof looks amazing and I would recommend them in a second. Great group and highly motivated to get the job done right. Hope they are still working when I have to redo the roof in 40 years. lol.

Thank you New heights roofing for an exceptional job!! The guys did an amazing job. We had a few strong rains and our roof started to leak, we called Cary and asked if the can save us. The guys showed up early and the job was done in one day. The literary saved our house in one day. Cary was knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful. He had an answer to every question and concern we had. Our mind was in ease knowing we are in good hands of true professionals!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Best company! Prior to contacting New Heights, we contacted two other roofing companies about getting a quote for new shingles, 12” roof extensions, and to put overhangs over our doors. One company came to check out the house to give us a quote but then disappeared, and the other one just never called us back despite numerous attempts at reaching them both. Cary and Dean from New Heights came by within a few days, gave us a quote broken down with numerous options/upgrades, etc. They sent a big crew to start the demolition - all great guys. Super friendly, funny, and sweet to our little girl who was very interested in watching the process. We had a minor hiccup but they quickly and effectively rectified the situation. Customer service was exceptional. We’re planning to hire them again to do our siding next year. We would definitely recommend New Heights.

New Heights Roofing & Exteriors were amazing! The team worked on my roof everyday from 8am til 6 or 7pm until they were finished!  I met with a lot of other roofers but these guys gave the best price & truly the best service!If you're contemplating getting a new roof, meet with New Heights! They are the guys who'll get the job done exceptionally well!

New Heights just finished our roof and we are thoroughly impressed. The manager, John Voss, is not only extremely professional and approachable, but he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done well. The crew that came to work was very efficient, professional, respectful, and very kind. If only I had the option to give 10 stars instead of 5!I highly recommend this company for all your roofing and exterior needs.

We used New Heights to replace our roof this past summer. It’s now four months later and we are very happy with the work they’ve done. Their team was efficient and fast and did a very thorough clean up upon completion. I highly recommend New Heights.
