whenever i go into the store there’s so many empty drawers, they barely keep any stock. and good luck finding a bra in your size, they only carry small sizes. some of their bras aren’t even available in anything above d cup??? some inclusivity would be nice.their measurement system is also incredibly inaccurate, it’s as if they’re purposely telling you that you’re a smaller size than you are so you’ll believe they might actually have your size.super disappointed in lack of stock and size range, so frustrating that so many people can’t just get a bra that fits

Went in there tonight to finally use my Christmas gift card, I drove 45 min to specifically go there to do so as the 2 other locations are shut down. I showed up at 6 pm, and just as I walk in one of the staff rudely tells me that due to staffing issues they are closing in a couple minutes". Are you kidding? They're supposed to be open till 9pm. And I'm not sure what kind of "staffing issue" there could of been as there was at least 5 of them standing there doing nothing. Absolutely unbelievable. Waste of my time."

I really would to recognize ashley. She is amazing. The words can't describe how great service her service is. I walked into the store. It was busy. I wasn't sure about my size, i don't really ask for help. Ashley walked by me and asked if i need help.i explained it to her what i was looking for.she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She offered me few choices and told me to try them on. She went above and beyond to get the right size for me.The cashier was really nice too, i don't know the name.Will definitely come back for more shopping.

Good deals for decent quality undergarments.However, sizing is hit and miss and is usually smaller fitting and does not cater to true to size sizing anymore

I tried to return a bra never worn with tags, receipt, same credit card and with in 2 weeks. The sales lady rolled her eyes at me and interrupted me twice and told me it looked worn. I was informed i could not return it because the fabric was a different colour than the bras she had and when i tried to show her that it wasn’t worn and just fabric she interrupted me and basically told me to leave.

I had the BEST experience!!! Carla was amazing and helped me a ton. I told her what I Leone about 1 item and what I like about another item and she found me the perfect items. If you go to the la senza in seven oaks mall I would 100% recommend in asking for Carla. She’s amazing!!!

I came here for help with a bra fitting for the first time. I had no idea what I was doing and with the help of Emily B I was able to find my perfect size, style and material. We went through 9 bras, she helped me with the straps and her smile never faltered. She is brilliant, I am comfy, very happy!
