Rushed through my haircut, didnt do what I asked. Gave me a crooked haircut, sideburns uneven and same with the back. He spent more time cleaning the hair off the kid who was before me than he spent cutting my hair. Went here for years, tipped allot, will not be back.

The worst barber. Especially if your black. I told them give me a fade and he cuts half my hair off. He didn't have the right comb for my hair and made my hair look arab. He didn't even know what an edge up was and my line is messed up. didn't even look like he knew what he was doing. Never coming here again

I call ahead to see if the barber shop is open. It is. I ask if I need a mask.. nope... But I bring one anyway. I travel and get to the barber shop in the next 10 minutes. I get refused because the barber has a meeting coming up.... Why tell someone 10 minutes before you're accepting and that I can come in......than refuse me when I get there... 5 years I've been a customer here but no longer.

Sam may not be a haircut place for kids/toddlers but he did so great with my 16 month old! He was so efficient and cut my boy's hair with quality!

I was there a few weeks ago from my 1st time and Sam the Barber is incredibly professional he did an amazing job and I'm definitely going back I recommend others to go see Sam

Went there in the morning after they were supposed to be open they were closed, went back later for a shave and hair cut. They messed up my sideburns had to cut it at home myself to even it out, and the shave was poor at best he cut me around my neck and I got razor burn from the straight blade make sure he uses a NEW BLADE if you do go. I don't recommend or would bring my friends there.

great job, walk in can take a while depending on how busy they are, they have a pleasant atmosphere, and these guys are quick (important when I bring the boys for a cut). prices are good. only complaint - far away for me to drive...but then I'm 60 km out of town. Haven't had my hair cut by anyone else for years.

The worse barber shop ever. Don’t ever come here for a haircut if your black. I ask for a fade but instead of cutting my side first he start with my top and left a huge gap in the middle. He shave my head like a bald man and was not even speaking proper English to me. Bad experience I will never go back there for a haircut. Worse experience I ever got they gave a mommy haircut.

Store says it opens at 9am just sat outside for 25 minutes and no one showed up, very unprofessional.As for the haircut, it's always been top notch. Just wish the customer service matched the work done.
