Canada Employment Insurance

Ignorant fascists with no customer service skills. Expect to be paid immediately plus interest when they haven't witheld enough tax yet takes more than 30 days to do a refund of money someone is entitled to and that they have worked for. Their staff aren't trained correctly on their current pilot programs and have no clue how the effectively work with people in terrible situations. It's unfortunate we're forced to deal with such people when we are in the situations we are. No empathy, no compassion and robbers at best. Shame on you!

I tried calling this number as it appears to be for EI so I could update my mailing address. The representative was extremely rude and had an offensive tone. He without completely listening to me started in a high note and spoke as if I'm not giving him complete information. The numbers he gave me aren't even the numbers that would take me to inquiry directly. I asked him of his name n employee ID which he provided without hesitation and also asked me if I needed to speak to his supervisor. I told him he shouldn't be talking to me so offensively as I'm providing him info he needs to know. As expected he of course defended himself. Anyhow it wasn't a pleasant experience and I'm not sure why such people take the customer service jobs if they can't be polite and professional in their attitude.
