It's A Dogs Life Pet Spa

If I could give a negative score i would. After bringing my puppy there to get his ears plucked he was brought back to me with a bleeding ear after he had squirmed and was rudely told he needed to be groomed. I asked if they would be able to do that today and was again rudely told we don't normally do this but we can as though i begged them to take him then and there. I left him to then get a fluff and puff and was told that I would get a call after he was done and ready to be picked up. After an hour I had heard nothing so I called and was told he hadn't even been started, when i asked for a time estimate i was told I don't know. After another hour I called and was told he still hadn't been started and was still refused a time estimate. Another hour past and again I called and was told he was just being blow dried but was again denied a time estimate. After 4 hours I received a call saying he was done and ready to be picked up. Had I been told it would be a while I would have gladly brought him back later or booked in another day. If I would have known he was going to be kenneled for 3 hours with his ear bleeding I wouldn't have left him there. Will never be taking him back. And wouldn't recommend for any pet owner.

Lorna was wonderful with our geriatric Bichon/ miniature poodle. When I picked Gidget up she was beautifully groomed and not agitated. We already booked with Lorna for July for Gidget’s next spa treatment! I highly recommend these groomers. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet and they are excellent groomers!

I am recently a new customer and brought my two dogs, a goldendoodle & husky mix for a full spa day. We are extremely happy with the work done by the groomers.The owner & groomers were so friendly and welcoming into the salon, they made my doggies feel loved, took the time to ask questions & explain the grooming to be done. A great part of this experience for my pups is that they are not kennelled for the entire time they aren’t being groomed as they are bigger breed dogs it is a full spa day for them.Thank you to its a dogs life pet spa for such a great experience for my dogs and myself.

Lorna and her team provide a relaxed, ethical grooming experience. My dogs had so much fun sharing play time with other clients and I appreciated her view towards the overall health of my boys' coats. This salon can be counted on to deliver the very best. Top marks!And now they offer oral care/tooth cleaning!

Friendly staff, but sometimes they charge me $25 sometimes $20 for the same thing and occasionally my dogs nails are a little haphazardly trimmed as opposed to the nicely groomed nails they usually do.

Where do I start?My cat( flame point pursian) and dog (large husky cross) have both been black listed " at several groomers within Saskatoon and Martensville. They have all told me my animals could not be groomed unless they were sedated. I had one groomer that would take on my dog but refused to even attempt his paws. He is not aggressive at all!! Just cries and sounds like he's dying!!Today

First time going here with my two small dogs and I love the awesome incredible job, I definitely recommend this pet spa, I'm definitely coming back for sure. Love the bows they got with them. 5 stars for sure

We have been bringing our dog here for 15 years. Never a bad experience. He always looks good and is very happy at It’s a Dogs Life.
