White Oaks Pharmacy

I used this pharmacy for years, then moved away. I have yet to find a pharmacy as accommodating and helpful. After I was gone for about 4 years, I needed some infomation from them. They came through and quickly.

Nice pharmacy. I’ve been going there for years. The staff are friendly and quick.

The Female pharmacist was the worst customer service I have ever received. She was very unprofessional and rude and looked down at me every time I went to get my prescription. the man pharmacist was great and helped me every time but I honestly had to switch pharmacies because of how she treated me every time I went there. She Had to call other people to ask simple questions about my prescriptions that she should have known about and giving me a hard time about the time I should receive my medication, which is totally ridiculous because I've never had to deal with that at any other pharmacy before. If you don't wanna be stressed out and be put down an degraded, I suggest you find another location.

These guys are selling hand sanitizer at three times the regular price. Same available at Canadian tire next door for regular cost. They are taking undue advantage off people in desperate times. These businesses taking advantage of the current situation should be avoided.

Sherif is amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. He always goes the extra mile.

This is the best pharmacy in Oakville! Sherif and his team are so understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve been going my whole life but in the past few years especially I have come to appreciate their flexibility and support. They are my favourite health care providers solely because of how much they care about their patients. They also offer delivery and can work with you to get your prescription if you’re not coming from the doctor next door. If they don’t have a medication they will order anything you want and have always been able to find a way to get me a prescription even if I’m down to the wire. Super grateful to have this quality service available to me, 5 stars 10x over.

Amazing pharmacist, helpful and very friendly

Wonderful extremely knowledgeable pharmacy with a warm touch. The kind of service never ever seen at any of the large corporate owned pharnacies. White Oaks just knocks the socks off of places like Shopper's.
