Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would give negative stars if I could. Highly recommend avoiding this location unless you want staff to treat you like you are lower than them.

Worst management I have ever experienced.Asking for couple of Mayo- sauce after I spend $38, what I get I suppose to pay for it.Never ever will go back again!!!I’m a shop owner myself!!! And I never charge customers for the sauces !!! I’m giving all my best just to make customers happy!!!You guys don’t deserve even 1star, I have no option, just to give you less than 1 star!!!

Customer service is horrible. There is none and they ignore you. All they do first are the online orders. Teach them customer service and how to communicate with people, what timeliness is about. Lose the attitude. No wonder there's no respect.

Went there last night for a quick take out for fries. Besides the The long wait time, staff were joking around and unattentive.They need retraining and supervision, was a very disappointing experience.
