Terrible experience with this store! I bought headgear for $225.00 and it was way too big. When I brought it back they explicitly told me that i was very lucky they were going to exchange it and only once and proceeded to give me another one size below. The manager, who was very condescending told me that if that one didn't fit too bad. Well, it didn't fit as it flopped all over my head, pressed against my upper lip and below eyes! They used the covid" excuse for not accepting the headgear which they didn't not measure properly. DO NOT BUY at this store!"
