I went to the St. Hubert location. The salesman was very rude, he said my questions were weird! He offered no information, no specs, and was not helpful. A very disappointing experience. I would not buy from here and I will not work with any contractor who buys from here!

I purchased approx $20,000 from them and see how they treated me.They are thieves do not buy your fireplace of these thieves. I was told a 4 exhaust was going to be installed they come with a 8 inch exhaust which was not acceptable because of wall unit next to it. I told them not to install exhaust have to make adjustments
