I contacted my insurance company this morning and Eda got back to me immediately. She was able to answer all of my questions in the most efficient way possible. I am beyond thrilled! I had recently spent an hour and a half on the phone with a different insurance company with terrible results. Eda and AllWest are my go to from now on!

Big thanks to Stewart at Allwest Insurance on Lougheed! They usually close at 7 pm and I arrived at around 6:00 pm on a Friday afternoon to get my car ownership changed, get new plates and new insurance. Stewart worked meticulously and diligently until 7:30 to make sure all the paperwork was done correctly. We had some important papers to fill out and he made sure the that only copy we had was filled out correctly or I would have not have been able to insure my car!

Allwest saved me over 33% on my home insurance policy, with significantly better coverage than I had previously! Christian promptly handled everything over the phone, and I securely signed the new documents online. They even looked after cancelling my existing policy with the other insurer.I recommend that you call Allwest when it's time to renew!
