Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
Lovely house and lovely hosts. Breakfast was incredible! Great location - about 1 km to downtown area. Parking available and front door has key pad so you can come and go easily. Between the hosts and the guests you can get lots of information about what to do while in St. John’s

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
One of our favourite B&Bs ever. The hosts Lesa and Gery were very welcoming and made us feel very at home. The location was perfect. A short walk to downtown and surrounding attractions, restaurants etc., yet a quiet location. Outstanding breakfasts and a very clean and comfortable room. The environment makes it inviting to interact with other guests and the hosts which added a lot to our stay.

The most beautiful home with the most wonderful hosts. Gery and Lesa don't miss a thing! You feel like you are visiting long time friends or even family. Breakfast is amazing and the Honest Bar" is a great touch. Everything is within walking distance and it's so pleasant to enjoy the company of others staying there as well. If you don't have family to stay with in Newfoundland

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
I stayed at Winsor House for 3 nights in the end of Oct 2022. I found it online, read all the great reviews, saw Lesa’s daily heartwarming Insta posts, and really wanted to stay there for my first trip to St. John’s. Lesa and Gery exceeded my expectations in every possible ways. You feel like you are coming home every time you step into the entrance. The place is clean, cozy, welcoming, and the kind hosts filled my heart. I can say that it is worth to go to St. John’s just to have the experience at Winsor House. And I’ll definitely be back.

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
Highly recommend you stay here. Gery and Lesa are wonderful hosts, and a wealth of information on things to do and see in the area. The place is clean and well kept, and they serve a great breakfast. I highly recommend the stuffed pancakes. The star of the place is Quigley, their dog, who greets everyone on arrival with a wagging tail and doggie kisses. There is even a 9 hole mini-putt course on the front lawn built and maintained by Gery.

The Winsor House is a gem! We had a lovely stay in the Kennedy room, the owners were very kind and breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be staying again for a night or two during our next trip to St. John's.

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
We stayed at the Winsor house after our original b&b had a fire and canceled our reservation less than 12 hours before check in. Lesa and Gery were so helpful in taking us last minute and finding another b&b for a night they couldn't accommodate us for. The house itself is beautiful with so much charm. They have done a beautiful job designing and decorating every space. Perfectly located, beautiful lawn (with mini putt!) And a huge delicious breakfast. Thanks for the beautiful memories!

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
We stayed with Lesa & Gerry for three nights in their wonderful Winsor House, what a great experience from the choice of delicious breakfast to the warm hospitality. Their home is clean, comfortable, so welcoming and in a great location. Lesa and Gerry are very knowledgeable of the area and can recommend places to visit and eat during your visit. Highly recommend the Winsor House.

Winsor House Bed and Breakfast
Thanks Lesa and Gerry. Our 3 night stay in September was wonderful. Breakfasts are a feast and a wonderful start to the day. The other guests are always fun to visit with and were so helpful in re-organizing our itinerary due to the hurricane. You feel like part of the family when you stay here. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bed linens are so cozy--we had the best sleep here!
