Once again, something was missing of the order, this time my fries that come with the main dish.Coming home with the order only to discover you get half a meal is upsetting. I know we are all human and make mistakes, but the manager of this place shouldn't manage a chicken coup.When I contacted the restaurant , he apologized, and I got a discount of $5 for the next order ( the fries cost $3.49).My inconvenience is worth to him $1.51.This guy definitely doesn't understand the value of customer service.No wonder there are many bad reviews, there should be a change on top.Won't go back there.

I’ve never done one of these before. Can I give a zero? Darn, I guess I can’t. Where to start… the service was awful. Customer service said 15 mins on the order it took an hour. Just a couple of basic chicken dinners. I am not good at this so I won’t be able to post a picture of the “bacon Caesar salad” but I wish I could because I always love a laugh in the evening… It was a complete joke a bunch of white lettuce bottoms… I may have found a microscopic piece of bacon or two… the chicken was dry and rubbery… I’m so thankful the Swiss chalet sauce hasn’t changed I could wash the whole god awful thing down. Please steer clear. I hope they don’t see this review and give me a gift card because then I will have to go back… Eat the stones dribbled on the parking lot in front of the restaurant for a better meal. Anyways, hungrily yours…A disgruntled Consumer

Swiss Chalet is a great place to enjoy a tasty meal. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Arrived at 3:50pm which is generally a slow time. Didn't have order taken until after 4. Only 4 other tables with customers. Finally received order at 4:40pm. Main dishes were 1/2 chicken and 12 wings. Nothing special really. Server never came around to refill drinks or ask how food was. Forgot to bring us the appetizer. Finally got out after 5pm. We went there as it was close to where we were shopping earlier in afternoon.We usually go to the other Swiss Chalet on Fairway Rd where food and service is amazing with nice atmosphere. Same with the odd time we go to Highland/Westmount one.Don't know what's going on with the one at Ira Needles/Boardwalk but never going back there.

Our server was trash, and she was training somebody as well. They gave me sangria in an absolutely FILTHY glass with no ice. She did not seem like an experienced server and if she is she was trained very poorly. Overall it was a very bad experience, overpriced and the food was mediocre as hell.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service, numerous tables left with dirty plates, cups, etc on them the entire time we were there. It took over 40 minutes for our waitress to take our order, including our drink order, I had to get another waitress to initiate our order being taken. Our food took over an hour to come out after ordering and when it finally did it was all wrong, and had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring out the correct food even though the restaurant only had 2 other tables so they clearly weren’t busy. The manager was kind and understanding of the situation which was appreciated but this isn’t the only time we have had a terrible experience at this location. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Took my son here on international fried chickenSandwich day. Yes thats a real thing. I went here based on a friend's suggestion that they had good fried chicken sandwich. All in all it was good. I think it's the same chicken that Harvey's has but a better bun and is topped with a nice coleslaw and mayo. All in all it was a good dinner.

Take out was slow. They didn't give us Chalet sauce. Fries were hard. Some pieces of the chicken seemed undercooked and hard. Also, no prices on the menu board so they can charge whatever they want. Do yourself a favour and go to the Weber Street location since they do a much better job.

Delicious food, good portions. Kids meals were great. The server could have paid a little more attention though and checked often.
