The people are friendly and relatively knowledgable about their products. Seem to be fair about the prices. Some of their gear is looking a little tired but all that I rented was definitely usable. I'm new to the area and my last place wouldn't accept returns as dirty with dried concrete as evidenced here, but I think I'm just from a pretty fussy area.
