Armstrong Propane

I have been a long standing customer of Armstrong Petroleums & I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone who works there. Don’t let one poor review change your opinion of this company as in my opinion one poor review isn’t bad as this company has been in business in this area for almost 40 years. It has been & remains to be a staple in the community. It just seems to me that the people who have something negative to say are the only ones to take the time to review. In my experience most companies who specialize in the same services need a minimum of 48-72 hours to deliver. However, in my line of business this restriction doesn’t work. Armstrongs have always provided the very best service in the most time-effective manner. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This is a horrible company- do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else for your fuel needs! I called Marie over 6 times over a 6 month period to address an issue we had and she always promised she would look into it and get back to me- she never did. Terrible customer service- the worst I have ever encountered from a family business. I spoke to the owner as well, he is just as clueless. This company is disorganized, unprofessional and impossible to deal with. We have switched to gas now and are so much happier- thankfully we will never have to deal with this company again.

I contacted this firm as they seemed to have good rating on google. From the beginning they had no regards for the time of the client. I signed a contract with them. The younger Armstrong which I suppose was the son of the head of the company was supposed to come and visit the property but he never turned up there and frankly lied that he called multiple times (he obviously doesn't know about call logs on the phone; nor does he know he could have left a message if really called)Then after so many messages the head of the company came in and promised services within a few days ; however, same thing happened; they completely ignored even the singed contract with them and pulled out unexpectedly; I had to contact my solicitor and am intending to take legal action against them. BEWARE
