Super nice, abfhelpful the moment I walk in. I went to get a new kitty litter box for my cats and they helped me out on deciding, plus it was cheaper than buying it on the internet like way cheaper. Amazon wanted a hundred bucks for the dark coloured one and 80 bucks for the white version of this and at PetSmart it was only 40 something dollars and they had a 50% off deal with Matt so I got a mad as well.

I took our dog to have her first groom today. Laura was her groomer and I was so pleased with her. She was so kind and did an amazing job on Lucy. Will definitely be booking with her again.

Just had my dog for grooming at the Fanshawe location.Laura was the stylist and she did an amazing job. It was clear that she didn't just do excellent job but she also made my dog feel very comfortable.Amazing experience.

We arrived in London, Ontario months ago from the Philippines and we were searching for a grooming salon which we can definitely trust with our princess’ grooming. We’re so happy to have found Petsmart and Steph. Steph gives the best grooming and haircut to our Cassie. More importantly, we’re appeased knowing that we can trust her whenever we leave Cassie for grooming and that she’ll take good care of our furbaby. Steph is just the best! She’s heavent sent. Kudos, Steph and Petsmart!❤️

Our son wanted gold fish, so we went here, got everything we needed just in one corner. We needed having never petting a fish, staff member was knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up with a non-goldfish as per the recommendation by the staff member, but the experience was great for both us and our child.This store is part of a large mall, easy access and ample parking.

Very rude and bad customer service. The person in charge with fish section and her manager made me uncomfortable by their attitudes. Also, they were asking irrelevant questions for a simple shopping just to insist on buying their own products at store. A very bad experience and I make sure to walk a different way when I see the petsmart sign.

Definitely my favourite PetSmart in the city. Employees are very friendly, and engage in conversation while shopping. Every time I’m in the store, there’s at least one employee checking on the animals and making sure everyone is fed and cared for.

Totally disappointed. I had called in for appointment for grooming. They took all my details didn’t respond back. I did call after couple of weeks one of the representative mentioned she will let the groomer know and she will return the call. Which again I didn’t receive. I went in person and asked she had left for the day, I was again told she will call me back first thing in the morning. I waited till late afternoon. I didn’t receive call, I then called again and she said she has no appointment available.She could have just called up and told instead of ignoring a customer.

For being a long holiday weekend, the store of course was busy. A lovely employee by the name of Nic had come over to assist me. She took her time answering my questions and did not rush me due to the volume of customers. I really appreciate the help I was given and made the purchase I went in there for. Thank you again for the help!
