Chong Lee Taekwondo Inc

Our daughter has been going to Chong Lee academy for the last 7months and she loves it. The academy feels like a family and the kids have fun but learn great values.We have also done her birthday at the academy, and it was one of the best birthday she had! The Chong Lee team took care of everything, and we had around 15kids of 6-7yr old. The kids had a lot of fun and us, as parents, really enjoyed the time to chat with other parents.We can’t recommend Chong Lee enough!

I am very honored to know Chong Lee Taekwondo School and especially to know Grand Master Evangelos Ligeros.After my first experience talking to this Great gentleman I just was impressed by their serving culture, which is the legacy that comes from Grand Master Chong Lee.Their way of teaching, coaching, and mentoring just reminded me of ancient Korea and ancient Greece with their philosophy, culture, and desire to create and serve other people well.Students there are being taught in a way with a great desire to win not only in sports but also in life with deep respect to the opponent.And what I realized is that students there are not focusing on being champions only, many of them also are focusing on continuing self-development and improvement.And the most important what I've learned about students of Chong Lee School is their pride and feelings of belonging to this great place. This fact talks a lot about their teachers.Students of Chong Lee School feel that they belong to this great community where everyone cares about each other, respects each other, and grow together. The same feelings of pride and belonging all parents have.It is a really great place to be part of to grow together with those great people.I am very glad that my son has chosen Chong Lee School to be part of and to belong to this great family!This school is special!

Really good school and the teacher has a lot of experience and respect for the children and the parents. I recommend this school as it is known as the number one taekwondo school..chong Lee left a legacy!

Chong Lee Tae Kwon Do is the Lee family’s continuation of the legacy of the departed Grand Master Lee, who introduced Tae Kwon Do to Canada. All three of my children train at this school (2 boys and 1 girl) and we can attest to the quality of the environment and the professionalism and passion of the instructors and staff. They create a real family-type atmosphere of encouragement, support, and motivation for all their students. They definitely inspire my children to be better, and to do better, and for this we will be eternally grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Many, many, many stars to Chong Lee Tae Kwon Do!

The Chong Lee Taekwondo family is 2nd to none. They’ve brought out the best from our daughters over the past 10 years. And there’s no doubt they’ll continue to excel in all facets of their life thanks to the lessons they learn from Grand Master Evangelos, their other Masters and their Taekwondo peers. Manager Sheila Lee and her daughters run the school with utmost professionalism, cleanliness and efficiency. Highly recommended is an understatement.

If I could give this a 0/5 I would. I signed up my son because he really wanted to learn taekwondo. He went a couple of times and one day tells me he doesn't want to go to this place anymore. He tells me how bad the smell inside is and how the owner always let's her dog walk around the dojo during classes. As I went there to let them know that my son won't be going there anymore, I could confirm the smell of feet and dog sweat there was horrible. I couldn't imagine those poor kids working out and breathing in hard this smell. The manager also told me I had to pay a fee if I wanted my kid to stop going. This place is a joke. Don't bring your kid anywhere near this place unless you want them to catch some foreign incurable lung disease from the contaminated and soul taking smell this place is soaking in.

Positive:- The teacher (owner) is good, experienced.Negative:- Poor management- training area not so clean- not welcoming faces- Dogs always present- they oblige u to sign for one year contract and once your kid wants to stop for any reason, they make u pay a fine, that is not mentionned in the contract and as they say its the rules! Plus extra things...- sometimes too many kids and smells inside trqining room.-management is money oriented...

Today, we celebrated our boys' birthday at Chong Lee Taekwondo. Everything was perfectly arranged. All we had to do was bring the cake! Games, pizza, loot bags and, of course, Taekwondo with 8-time Canadian national champion, Grand Master 7-dan, Evangelos Lygeros. The board breaking with a kick and the cake cutting with the Samurai sword were the highlights for our boys. We definitely recommend it!

I signed my 4 year old son here very recently, and I have to say that I love the place! Their enthusiasm, friendliness and dedication towards the kids are amazing. I love people who are respectful, and they are the definition and advocates of that. Definitely recommend it!
