Today’s experience solidified my decision to never stop at this location again. After 5-10 minutes in a long drive thru line up, I finally rolled up to signs on the screen/call boxes noting that cash was only being accepted. I had no cash on me and would have backed out or left if I could have. I just wanted a quick pick me up and something to make my stomach stop grumbling. Instead, I waited another 5-10 minutes before I got up to the window. I expressed my frustration with finding out about said “inconvenience” in the middle of the line rather than near the entrance of the drive thru. The window attendant seemed to not care in the slightest and condescendingly told me that the debit machines in the store worked but not in the drive through. The signs never mentioned that though… So after 15-20 minutes I’m expected to park and go in and wait some more? I’m trying to be understanding because tech has a mind of its own, but the team acted like I myself was an inconvenience for asking that they consider the time of their customers by making a quick change to what the signs say and where they place them so that no one else had to sit in the drive thru on a Friday evening with nothing to show for it 20 minutes later. I’m not usually a Karen bc I have first hand experience in fast food but this was something else. Food was never amazing at this location anyway, I should’ve known not to pull in. Was gonna give 2 stars until I remembered that.

I am a frequent visitor to this particular Tim Hortons location unfortunately I had a negative experience it has been ongoing for months with one of the workers. The worker was heavyset, with orange hair, and had an unprofessional approach to customer service. He doesn’t greet customers or show any signs of politeness. I usually visit around 5:30 or 5:45 am, and during my visits, I noticed that he was constantly mixing and touching things around without using gloves. His jacket sleeves also dangled past his hands, which seemed like a hygiene concern. While the food was okay, I was disappointed with the worker's attitude and approach to serving customers. On a positive note, the other ladies at the location provided good customer service. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and hygiene at this particular Tim Hortons location

Very rude and miserable staff guy, served wrong donut and wrong drink. Looked at me like I was the problem. And refused to use my reusable cup.

I go often to Tim Horton at 170st./111ave.In Edmonton. It is a commercial environmentWith an adjacent Lexus car dealership .There is not much walking traffic around, which keeps the premises busy only through theWindow service, and not crowded by the usual Timmivisitors. The food is fresh, the coffee is good andA good selection of baked items is available.To compliment that, prices are low comparedTo even inexpensive restaurant. I recommend itFor simple tasty food, prompt service, low pricesAnd quiet not crowded environment.

We often come to this Timmy's. With our senior friends. And one of our senior is on oxygen and one of the employee yelled at her 31 January 2023. Not once but twice.It doesn't matter how busy you are you treat your customer with dignity. The employee was very disrespectful and rude. We also talked to the manager.Nothing was done.NOW YOU HAVE LOST US AS YOUR REGULAR THE CUSTOMERS

The workers at this location didn't know how to use the hortons app. I thought all employees would have knowledge of their own app and system. It took longer than usual to get the order.

I think its crazy that you don't even have the option of having ure stuff to go wen sitting in the restaurant. I even asked if I could pay for it. Just wanted to have a little rest before walking again.

The only thing I would say if they are always short donuts. It's supposed to be a donut shop. Keep your stock up. Back 8n the day, they ALWAYS had a full place and even better donuts then now. Some nice cream donuts.
