Always very friendly and nice for a bakery to be open weekly and with conventional hours. Always great supply a deli and homemade treats.

Went in on 13th Feb.2022. Lady very, very friendly. Cookies, little cheesecake’s, way fresher, taster, cheaper, that that other bakery on Lundy’s Ln.this is our new “go to” bakery!

I wish I had stopped in sooner, what a lovely old bakery. This has to be one of the best bakeries in the area. This place has everything. And a whole freezer section of delicious (frozen) ready to eat food. They can make fresh sandwiches with meat they slice per order, a full deli and all the baked goodies you can ask for, from fresh bread to desserts. I will definitely be back. The prices are quite reasonable as well. And the staff was nice! They have a decent selection of beverages as well. They wiped the counter between each order, and changed gloves if they were preparing food and then handling cash. 5 stars well deserved. I hope they are business for a long time.

I bought a cream pie from Sorrento Bakery on Drummond rd Niagara Falls before and it was fresh and really good. So I expected the coconut cream pie that I bought on Oct. 20 to also be freshly made but it wasn't. It was a little old and the cream inside above the bottom crust slightly hardened and seemed slightly wet when chewing, and it separated from the crust when using a fork and it even tasted slightly old. I had to throw it out and didn't return it because I was busy. I thought bakeries are always suppose to have freshly made or fresh foods on the shelves or show cases and not sell foods that became stale or didn't sell for a certain time. And the shelves where they sell the pizza party trays in boxes, I don't know why they keep used pizza boxes under the pizza party tray in boxes at the top, that does not look good.

I thought I'd give this bakery another chance.Bad choice!! I previously bought napolean flakes there that were so stale I threw them out!!Today I bought a fresh

Totally miss Mary at this location. Since the 2 Asian girls have been behind the counter service has really gone downhill. Once I ordered subs and they put 1 slice of cheese on each side. Then you go sometimes and the subs are decent. Today we went 20 mins before the deli closed at 6pm and waited 5 mins for anyone to serve us and with 15 mins left were asked if we were there for the deli and told that it was closed. These, I believe new, owners really do not care about their customers or lost sales at all. I've found the size and quality of the baked goods have gone down as well. What a shame, miss the friendly greetings and good service of their former employee. Price for a sub/sandwich & pop were good but because of the inconsistencies in service and what you will get I no longer recommend this place. Pizza slices are really dried put as well.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This place used to be great, friendly service, good products. Seems like it went through and ownership change recently and it’s gone downhill. I bought buns and cookies , among other items, there yesterday and they were all stale. The whole purpose of going to a bakery is I am looking for fresh items but it seems like they are cutting corners now. Where else are you cutting corners then?

Some of the friendliest staff. They were very helpful and made us the most delicious sandwiches. Kaiser bun or footlong sub with 2 types of meat and a cheese of your choice and a pop for $6 or $7. The buns were so fresh, there were also so many beautiful desserts to choose from. So heavenly in there. Will be returning for a lunch next time we are in town!

Found drywall bits in my pizza dough i purchased. Threw the whole thing out. Waste of money, & disgusting.

Amazing prices, food and service. The quality of a classic deli and great prices to boot. 7 dollars for a fresh 10 white bun loaded with 2 meats and cheese and your choice of sauce and a drink. The lady behind the counter is very friendly as well!"
