Absolutely fantastic. After 18 years of marriage I still look back on my experience of finding “the dress” fondly. Brilliant service, selection and great prices. I tried other places and my advice to you would be, don’t bother. Myself and subsequently my bridesmaids all got our dresses here.

Lovely dresses! Had a huge selection and struggled to decide on a dress even though I'm very picky. The ladies were very lovely also very helpful. Had a great experience.. been to a few shops before and this was the best of the ones due to customer service. Ladies didn't make you feel obliged to buy they just happy to help.

This company does not deserve any stars but could not process without giving it the undeserved one. From start to finish the service was not what you would expect from planning your special day and purchasing your wedding dress.From wrong costing, overpriced, rude disrespectful owners, just after your money and not at all there to make the buying of your wedding dress a good experience! Special bride does not come into their customer service value. I would not recommended this company. My overall experience was unprofessional. There was no special bride experience whatsoever.Alterations were made to the dress which were not carried out to my specification and the style of dress had been changed. The seamstress reversed what she did but the owners then told me to take the dress somewhere else to be altered however, they wanted paid for the alterations that had to be undone...so they expected me to take the dress elsewhere and pay for alterations but they also wanted paid for no alteration!! In the end they decided to cancel my veil order and keep the £150 I'd paid for it.Overall, No empathy, No understanding of what a wedding dress means to a bride. Locked ( Fully Paid ) dress in a cupboard. Had to contact police in regards to this. Cancelled veil order and kept the £150.00 id paid for it. I have never come across such lack of compassion and understanding in my life. Buying your wedding dress should be such a special occasion and you will not get that here! Dispute arose when alterations weren't carried out to my specification and the dress style was changed. The seamstress then put the dress back to original style and wanted paid for the privilege. Owners told me to take the dress elsewhere to be altered but not before I'd paid them for the No alteration service! Just for future brides, grooms, bridesmaids etc to be, this is not a company you want to use for anything Wedding or Bridal.
