The UPS Store

I have been coming to this store for about 4 years now, and I like their services ! Guitar, in particular, has been doing a great job ! I will always recommend this store to my friends and family.

They’re the most unreliable ups pick up store. I was excited to pick up my parcel after work. Keep in mind that I really needed what’s inside the parcel. On March 2, 2023, I arrived at the store at 6:15pm only to see the employees locking up the door ready to head home. I understood that. So the next day, March 3, 2023, I came at 8:50am, waited until 9:15am for them to open, but there were no employees on site. I had to leave because I was late for work. On March 4, 2023, this time at 11am; the store is closed. Google maps tells me they’re open and the website also tells me they’re open but in reality they’re not. The past 3 days I have been calling the phone number and no answers. I suggest changing the store hours because they are a lie.

As per google the store closes at 6:30 pm, when I reached at the store by 6:15 pm. It’s already closed, if you don’t want to keep open till 6:30 then take some pain and change the time in google.

I visit this store almost everyday. I drop off mu business parcels and the person is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have some other facilities such as photo and mail box services and I am very comfortable with them.I recommend this store. A++

Always treated well here, great customer service, really clean store, my only knock is it can be a little pricey when sending packages but that's just how it is now

They do not provide the pouches to put your label on and they don't even let you use their packing tape to stick on the label. Terrible service avoid this store at all cost the guy inside is very petty.Edit: take a look at the response to this complaint to show how much they care about customer service. He rather upset a customer than to provide two strips of packing tape. Beware of this location and maybe UPS as a whole. Very petty, wish I could give 0 star review.Edit 2: went to location closer to home at 470 king st in Oshawa, they smiled, taped my label on my box, and said have a nice day". Complete contrast to the petty owner that runs this Kennedy Rd Scarborough location."

$2 to print a shipping label! Empires are built on petty little fees, it seems. To the genius exec who decided to charge this price: I hope you get charged $5 a roll for all your toilet paper for the rest of your life.

Excellent, quality service by professional and knowledgeable stuff. The store manager, Guitar, is doing an excellent job. He is very helpful and ready to walk extra miles to help out his customers with good service. I would highly recommend this store to my known circle.

Very bad experience, me an the rest of my family will never be coming back here.EDIT: response to the owner, you lack basic understanding of customer service. I was acting on the behalf of someone I provided you information I would have no way of knowing without being sent by the person, I was sent in my mother because she is sick, and didn't not want to be out in the storm. I wasn't even picking up packages I was simply printing documents. You are not willing to apologize and admit when you are wrong. Anyone can just look at how you respond to any bad reviews you have. Maybe learn from this criticism instead of continuing trying to argue with people in their review. Maybe use your brain and realize If multiple people are calling out your lack of customer service skills maybe YOU are the problem. News flash google will not remove this review and you just made yourself look even worse for anyone who sees this review. Congratulations.

Very bad customer service i call today 12:29 and the guy who answer talk to me in a very rude way and he told me it’s not ups even i had ask him if it’s ups store at the beginning very bad experience
