Excellent customer service, biggest selection and walk-in humidor in the city. Staff opens store frequently way before opening hours and hosts the best cigar events in the summer. No one ever stands in front of any counters blocking displays as one reviewer depicted, obviously wrong store and rude comment.

I've been shopping here for years. This particular trip was for a cigar event which was great! It's always nice talking to other fellow cigar smoking enthusiasts!

Moved here a year ago from calgary and discovered this awesome shop when i was looking for a place to buy my hubby cigars for his birthday. The lady working there spent an hour with me helping me choose cigars and explained how to store them until his b-day. When we came a couple days after his b-day to pick out a humidor, the sweet lady remembered me! I dont smoke myself, but my husband says he loves this store and wouldn't shop anywhere else.

They have one of, if not the, biggest walk-in humidors in Edmonton. They have an amazing selection, and the service was friendly. They had some Cuban samplers when I visited last, about $95 for a pack of 5 different cigars which is a good way to try out a few different kinds.

Was here for the first time a year ago and was so glad I found this little store! Has definitely become my go-to smoke shop. The owner and staff are super friendly, helpful, and always try to crack jokes to make you feel at home. The store may look small from the outside, but don't worry, because I think they have the largest walk-in humidor in the city with EXCELLENT variety. I think the prices are very reasonable and probably one of the lowest as well which is good for me who's on a budget. Summer's coming up so I'm looking forward to all their cigar events that are coming up. If you haven't been to one yet, you really should check it out.

Excellent selection, I have found sticks here I had no expectation of finding in Canada at all. The walk in humidor makes it much easier to browse instead of squinting through cabinet doors in other shops. Prices are as good or better than other local shops and the staff members I have spoken with are not only knowledgeable they are also kind, patient and obviously care about the product they carry.

Do not waste your money on them! I am convinced all their good" reviews are coming from either relatives/friends or paid reviews. I personally know about 5-6 people who have had similar experience as me. The ladies that are there are rudest ever in customer service industry. They hover over you all the time as if you are stealing. When I entered the store

Hav-A-Cigar is my absolute, hands-down favourite cigar store in Edmonton. Their huge selection includes Cuban cigars and many others from around the world you can't find at other stores. And for surprisingly competitive prices. Every cigar I've purchased from their walk-in humidor has been perfectly aged and never too dry--this is a big deal. But my best reason for giving them a 5 is the staff always spends as much time with me as I need no matter how dumb my questions are.

Would not recommend due to older lady working there. I believe she is the owner. She is extremely rude to customers and rude to her staff. I have been smoking cigars for more then a decade and when I go to purchase one i'd hope it would be a delightful experience. But unfortunately it was not. There are other cigar shops who would be more then happy to chat and talk about a common interest. I would recommend going somewhere else.
