The daycare overall is not too bad. the teachers seem nice, but the management is not professional. It is most likely that you have to deal with a manager and that will not be nice because the manager does not have the basic communication skills.I will give you one last piece of advice, if your child is in a toddler class, do not take him there because they will bring him home twice a week on the pretext of a runny nose and you will pay the money and take care of your child.

My kids seemed happy with their teachers although we couldn't really meet them in person. However, the current child care centre manager was honestly the worst CCC manager we have dealt with and we have dealt with 6+ across Canada so far. She was rude and never smiled, not even to the innocent kids. Be ready to pay them thousands/month for nothing in return because your kids will get sick in there (probably from the 1st week) and then they will basically be sent home for 2-3 weeks and they won't be allowed to be back even with a negative COVID19 test because they're protecting the other kids"."
