So if I dont wann pay $103 for shipping from Mississauga to brampton, I have to leave my rights to dispute !!! If I decide to pick up, I have no rights for disputes? Didnt feel good as a buyer!

I didn't buy anything from them so can't say anything about the products.But it looked like they carry lot of items which could be open boxes.The reason I have 1 star is- I went to see a Soundbar and after playing I didn't like the sound and was coming back when the owner told his employee that before playing ask the intention of customer. Means only play when they are going to buy.It hardly took 10 mins to go in and come back for me and the Soundbar was already lying opened, even then they can't bear a prospective customer for 10 mins.I found the owner arrogant.

This is the 3rd time I m visiting this store...Best customer service with low price always ,owner was very generous and offer me nice deal every time ...I have purchased multiple appliances from them, they always deliver on schedule My last two purchases included a return of a washer/dryer set that I was very unhappy with and delivery of my replacement purchase. They have the best return policy for appliances and other item they carry,I must say return policy is very genuine and reasonable and they give best deal on brand name item I have ever encountered. The store is not arranged like other store ..but wen I get best offer and good product with good customer service so look of store hardly matters to me..so thumbs up to kgn best deal.i reccomend them strongly.....

Bought a z-line tv stand here, paid $150 while $399 at bestbuy. Little damage on the box but item is still 10/10. Good deal

Terrible! My first time trying this place out and 75% of the 2 boxes I purchased for over $800 are defective! Nowhere did it state as is" or "defective" on their page and when I opened a dispute they did nothing about it. I do not and will not ever recommend this place to anyone!I just wasted over $800!"
