We order take out last night from this restaurant. We have dined in previously but this was the first time we ordered for pick up.Staff is extremely friendly whether you are eating in or taking out.As always, we really enjoyed our order and we quite full after finishing it.We are happy this restaurant is in Camrose and will continue to support them. It is a nice cuisine option to have so that we can get away from the usual fast food, steakhouse, pasta and pizza options.

Delicious food here fish was all fresh and tempura crisp and yummy. Hard to find a good sushi restaurant outside of big cities, Mikaku in Camrose is a hidden gem!

My friend recommended this restaurant and he said better than somewhere in Edmonton, so I came here to try with my family and got some sushi and hot food. The sashimi and oshi sampler were so nice and fresh , especially the sukiyaki, which was really good for this weather.Staff are friendly and love their private room as well.Overall, I was impressed and better than I expected.Thanks for the good service and serving awesome foods :)

An incredible meal with super courteous service. We visit Camrose often and family members had really talked this place up. Can now confirm that the rolls, nigiri, sashimi, teriyaki, tempura and donburi all far exceeded my expectations. My favourite item was the tuna belly sashimi, which came out perfectly buttery in texture and served in long, generous pieces. A highlight for us was the Popcorn roll (pictured here) that was piled high with lil deep fried scallops! Multiple members of our party ordered the snapper tempura donburi (rice bowl) and wow... That's definitely what I'm having next time!

Our first visit to Mikaku was absolutely delightful. Wonderful service. Food was fantastic. Loved having our own little room for us to eat together. Japanese pop music added a nice touch. We will be back.

We really enjoy the separate dining rooms which really set the atmosphere. The food was also really fresh given it’s so far from the sea. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Canmore and hungry for sushi.

The best sushi in town ever! All the rolls and nigiris were fresh and very delicious. I strongly recommend Mentaiko Udon, Hot bomb and Awesome Camrose roll. I'm very delightful that I could have a great dining experience in this restaurant with the great staffs and perfect food.

The sushi here is comparable to some of the high end sushi restaurants in Vancouver, fresh, tasty and very well presented! The service was top notch!
