The lady helping me arrange to pick up a hood was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me and was willing to hold onto it for me without a deposit which brought me ease. The parts person is excellent, found my part, had it in two days! Sent me pictures! Unfortunately the part, when i took off the plug, it had water inside and upon taking off the ABS Module there was rust inside the unit. The one i took off of my car, had neither. Installed into car, didn't work. Fortunately they have a 30 day money back guarantee, so will see how that goes. Not their fault, excellent service.I returned part within thirty days, they got me another and i am very happy with the replacement part! Will definitely make Plazek my go to! Other places couldn't even be bothered, looking up the part for me. Fallon, the parts secretary is number 1 in my mind!Thanks for your help.

Stopped in on Feb/14/23 to see about getting cross members for a 2000 gmc sierra truck. They don’t come out to talk to you it’s all through an intercom at the front door. The guy did not want to help at all and said they had none although we saw the same vehicle in the wreckage yard. He didn’t even try to help and was pretty useless. Would not recommend this place at all for anything.

I needed a part for my car which I couldn't find any scrapyard close to me to take out what I needed for a lesser price so had to find somewhere that had the part and able to ship to me as well. I emailed Plazek and spoke with Mike. He was very helpful in providing me with the price and cost of shipping. I agreed to the quote and sent him an e-transfer for payment.The part went out quickly and I received it quickly. Just installed it and works perfect. I would have loved to have saved some money by taking one out of a similar vehicle but to my dismay there weren't any around for me to go to. So this would be the next best thing. Great service, working part that wasn't too expensive and shipped/received quickly.Thanks for the help and follow up. Super happy that I can drive my car again.

Great Service from Fallon and the guys.I called from 1.5 hours away to get a part. They seem to be one of the few yards who actually put pictures and descriptions on the system so it was easy to see their inventory.When I called Fallon, she told me she would get back to me to see the condition of the part was suitable. She confirmed and I drove over.I was then quickly taken to where the part was and was helped by Joel who also helped me pack it.Wonderful to deal with a truly family run business and looking forward to dealing with them again!Keep up the good work!
