Amazing work! I had a big winter jacket that had torn in both arm pit areas. They were able to stitch it back together and make it look as good as new! I would definitely recommend if you need to have something fixed or Hemmed. I have had a few things hemmed there with good results and strong stitching.

Staff are good and respectful, but language barrier makes you uncomfortable to leave behind your garments for altering and rather wait as you look on to see if they understood your instructions.It would better if there was another staff that speaks more english

Only the best place for alterations in Durham. The owner remembers EVERYONES name and does all he can to accommodate. He speaks like 8 or 9 languages but whos counting! Highly recommend this place

Absolutely do not get anything cleaned here, they destroyed the fur trim on my jacket. There’s now a big bald spot in it because they destroyed the skin underneath that holds the fur together. They even tried gaslighting me, saying the fur was fake and glued on. It’s real and not glued, only sewn where the seams are. They also said it would be finished in 2 weeks, instead, more than a month later, was it finished and not even a good clean. Absolutely avoid this place, terrible service. The owner kept lying to me saying she can fix it by sewing it, which you can't with a needle and thread. This was my only winter jacket.

Horrible quality and horrible customer service! Was not given the stitching promised and was told By employee I should have went elsewhere. Will not be back. My reversible pants no longer are reversible due to the horrible stitching they did.

incredible alterations ,dry cleaning best I've ever seen ,best dry cleaner and alterations in Durham ,dry cleaning removed stains I thought would never come out ,I told both the owner and his wife wow never seen work like this ,not sure why negative comments but there's always a moron right ? they could not be nicer people and alterations are fantastic

I've been going to this shop for alterations for close to 20 years and they've never let me down. Alterations are performed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Nice lady but she charged 120 for 2 metal coat zippers. She also asked if I it was a rush and I said NO. I WONDER WHAT THE RUSH PRICE IS! DONT GO HERE

I will never go there again. I brought a winter coat to this to have a zipper installed. They never did the job but instead they misplaced my coat and gave me all kinds of stories as to what happened to my coat but no coat.After going there three different times and calling the police I was able to receive $90 .It cost $300 last year to buy.
