You've all been to Tim's before. This is one of the better ones. The one on Sumas Way across from Starbucks and Burger King is also good. Avoid the ones in town or at Clearbrook, as they're terrible.

This is a Wendy's, Tim Hortons combination. It's pretty average. The Wendy's doesn't leave any napkins or straws out. You have to ask for them. It's kinda strange. There is lots of seating, and both restaurants are quite clean.

Staff are a little scattered...had to repeat myself twice because the gal at cash did not pay attention to my answers to her questions. The men's washroom was seriously smelly and devoid of a single scrap of toilet paper. Nice atmosphere, but someone should be cleaning the tables as customers leave.

Stopped by here for breakfast. We ordered home style egg/sausage biscuit and tea. Great service and great food!

I ordered a veggie habenaro wrap with hashbrown inside and a steep tea triple triple . They served me the wrap with a piece of poly bag . Please guys take care of your surroundings and prioritize everyone’s health .Thank you :(

The food is typical Tim Hortons quality. The location is good, close to Costco and the freeway. Service is average.

Come here if you want attitude and eyes rolled at you when you ask them to correct an order they did incorrectly.If the attitude wasn't bad enough, the order was corrected but slapped together and uncooked, as evident by the cold, unrelated cheese.

Went there from Sumas to get donuts and coffee. Before I even pulled up to the window they had my order ready. Food was fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience there. Granted I was the only one in the drive thru at the time but as such I would expect fast service and they delivered. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quick fix for breakfast.
