The instructor, Frank was very helpful and intellectual with so much knowledge on the topic. He has the ability to stimulate the students to participate in the discussion. He was so patient in helping his student to catch up.

I attended a 2 day session (Advanced Excel and BI) with Frank at Power Concepts last week and I was very impressed! The days were long and the training was put on in a remote session, so I had anticipated having difficulty remaining engaged into the training. The way this course was laid out, along with the casual and friendly delivery helped me remain as an active participant. I found this to be some of the best computer system training I have ever received. Great job and thank you very much!
