A very average takeout experience.The food was average mostly flavourless (I had chicken fries and french fries combo) and I didn't enjoy the food enough to finish it in one sitting.The staff were fine I guess but the lobby did feel pretty cold.I won't be going again none of the food seems appealing and the chicken fries were either burnt or just not good overall I am not sure.

Never had a problem here. Food is always standard, but what I love is that they let us order 200 nuggets without much more than a giggle. See the pictures below. What a fun time that was!Students, if you ever want to celebrate the end of exams this is a great, clean way to go. Your arteries sure won't be clean though.

Dirty place. I had to wait for a long time at the counter to order. Then I waited 15 min for my order, which was only fries. During my long wait, I observed that the cashier repeatedly handled cash and food items, without washing hands or using tongs. When my cold fries were finally scooped, the cashier threw my order at the counter and walked away, no eye contact whatsoever.

Like everyone else have said, it’s pretty awful.Like, Burger King is already one of the not so good fast food choices here in Vancouver. But this store in particular is extremely awful.First, like everyone else said, it’s very cold. The store is big, but there are barely any heating, and there are also barely any people inside.The order is also processed incorrectly. But oh well, that’s just how things works.

Just went here to grab a bite, the messed up on my order not just one thing but a few. I called to explain and they called me a liar. I asked for extra ketchup they gave me none. I got ice tea instead of Lemonade and no fork for my poutine. Normally I would go in but I'm not driving to work no time. What gets me is they can call there customers liars as I did pay for my food. Worst burger King I have been too.

This review is about the Burger King in 1035 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC V3M 1C4Beware:1.. Twice my grandkids ordered 10 chicken nuggets. The kids came home with only 8 and was charged for 10. This place cheats2. The washroom is only for men and women. If you are a woman who happens to enter the ladies' washroom, you could accidentally meet a man entering the washroom. Why?? because the restaurant closed the men's washroom.3. The ketchup containers are dirty.4. The tables are dirty.5. The people preparing food in the kitchen sneeze and don't wash their hands They don't wear masks.

Definitely felt uneasy eating at this Burger King. We had the breakfast and honestly I could have made it better myself (7.99 plate) looks like this location and some kind of an incident where the men's washroom was blocked off with a garbage bin.I strongly suggest not to take your children inside as it is not safe for parents until they rectify issues inside.

I order my food and I want to wash my hands and use the bathroom only to be told with an attitude, that it's not available. How can they be open without a restroom. Yeah that's the last time I go there,

I loved the homeless people sleeping there! They added to the experience! I love getting a premium experience at my favorite restaurant. The food was pretty horrible though, as I found a whole bathtub in it!?
