Had my hearing test done with them, it was super efficient and they answered all my questions regarding my hearing.

I've had my hearing tested twice and in the process of being fitted with my second pair of hearing aids. Yasmine has been taking care of everything I need. She has been so patient and thorough to make sure my hearing aids are effective and the perfect fit. I definitely would recommend Tricity Hearing to anyone who needs help with their hearing

I have visited this business about four times over the past 3 1/2 years and each experience has been completely positive. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking has never been a problem.I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Tri-City Hearing to family and friends.By the way, Yasmeen, after my appointment yesterday, I got in my car, started the engine, and immediately turned the radio volume DOWN! Thanks for the great tune-up on my hearing aids. Obviously it worked like a charm!

I was hit with sudden hearing loss in one ear so hearing aids was not something I had been researching or thinking about, I went in a bit confused but Yasmeen was great at walking me through everything.We tried several different aids and tips, with me getting to try them out each time for as long as I needed with no pressure to decide or to buy. Yasmeen suggested I try out cross-technology due to my amount of hearing loss and that is what worked, when all was done she even went the extra mile and filled out all my insurance forms,had me sign and then she popped it in an envelope..all I had to do was put a stamp on and drop in the mailbox.I cant recommend tri-city enough, I'm a customer for life...a big thanks to everyone there

She really likes her job and it shows in the way she works with you to get the best results for you. She takes the time to explain all the differences so you understand. She makes sure you are happy with your choice and it is best suited for your needs. She took the time to call my insurance to see the coverage I had and filled out all the paperwork for me. She makes whole process much more simply and really cares.I highly recommend her!

Very friendly staff and was called in quickly. I love that they offer a complimentary hearing test. I had contacted a different place before this one and they wanted $250!!! Dr. Yasmeen A. was very sweet and gentle with my 2.5 year old son. Definitely recommend them!
