Waited 20 minutes behind one person for a pod refill. Ended up walking out as they wouldn't stop training the person Infront of me how to use their device. Was ignored for 20 minutes.

Lovely location, clean and bright atmosphere. Informative and helpful staff, were kind and helped me find the right products at a good price.
