I frankly avoid this Tims. Several times I’ve received attitude from their workers for asking questions. Today I, and others waited almost 10mins in line to be served at the counter while they diligently served everyone at drivethru (all hands were on deck for that one). I watched 6-7 people walk out around 9am this morning who were in front of me, and it still took them another 5mins after that before they served the next family in line (directly infront of me) after a manager had to ask storefront employees to do storefront... I was then passed over twice on one till cause their scanner was broken. I wasn’t in a rush but I felt like this was an unacceptable amount of time to have to wait for service as did the others who left. I understand corporate pushes drive thru times, but your storefront is suffering for it.

Worst branch of Tim Hortons ever, always long waiting time and always ordering errors.I was there today at around 5 pm, was only me, no more customers, they could not accept my order, they said that I was talking incomprehensibly, I had never such an experience in other branches, I think that any immigrants should be treated with respect and understanding. And in this branch to neglect customers.Made an order at the window, waited a very long time for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. As a result, they gave me wrong sandwiches that I ordered, I only saw when I arrived home and opened the package. And I paid for full portions, they put half a portion. Made from old products, it was not possible to eat.

It is what it is. You don't go there for lunch, you go for coffee. I've worked in the restaurant industry finally closing that chapter in a subshop environment and like there, every baked thing at Tim's seems to be baked from frozen pucks and sticks (how fitting I guess) with nothing made fresh any more. It's tired and lacks it's original appeal, hell, I'll bet many of its ownership and employees even know the history behind its namesake!

Service was inexplicably slow and staff are not trained to provide good service or care in the least. I'll definitely not be back. And no, I'll not be filling out some random form on the Tim's website. The franchisee should read the reviews here and figure it out.

Lack of management was very evident today. Stopped for a coffee at 8am. About 7-8 people working the drive thru and 1 person at front counter and it was very frustrating for the front the person who was working the front through the sighing. After I got my coffee, I was looking for a place to sit but no single table was clean and since this was 8am, I can only assume this was from previous day mess.

I’d like to thank the owners of this establishment Chris and Jenny who did an AMAZING thing for their customers by treating them to free Timmies food/drinks on Canada Day. This was a wonderful surprise when I pulled up to the window to find out the owners had taken care of the bill. Thank you Chris and Jenny!

I honestly thought I was going to vomit. I could not believe that the employee making drinks would continually place his fingers or thumbs inside the cups to hold them. I never saw him wash his hands or wear gloves, but just the thought of him pinching the cups instead of keeping all of his digits outside is disgusting. Fortunately, a second till opened up and I was served by someone that could keep their hand on the outside of my cup of coffee. If any managers read this, take a look at how your employees carry the cups to be filled with sugar or cream. One of your employees can't stop burying his fingers into the cups as they carry them over to be filled.

Worst customer service experience ever! I am used to Alliston Tim Horton’s because they are very polite and appreciate towards customers. on the other hand, in here I catch attitude from employees everytime I come here. today was cherry on top, I ordered Bagel with some lettuce, tomato and some other stuff in it. firstly they forgot to add tomato, then when I went back to the drive through they took my bagel back and added tomato in it instead of making a new one. and did not even care to cut the tomato, so now I had retouched bagel with everything in it cut in half except tomato! and gave it back to me with the same arrogance! this location is so cheap! could not care less about the customers or their hygiene.oh and lettuce was all almost to the edge of being rotten! Disgusted!Not recommended at all!

Average food with extremely rude staff (drive thru). I literally canceled half of my order only because of employee’s rudeness. I understand they are super busy but they can be slightly polite when taking orders. It was rather insulting than rude. Never visiting again.

Pretty typical location. Looks good inside, nice and clean. The service is a little slow on a Friday around lunch time, but it’s understandable. There are a good amount of seats inside. There is a good variety of goodies available.
